Section 35
Meeting of the Council of Justice

(1) The meeting of the Council of Justice shall be held at such date, time and place as may be determined by the Chairman.

(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), two members jointly If a written request is made to the President to call a meeting of the Council of Justice including a list of topics, the President shall call the meeting as soon as possible. It should be sent to all the members generally forty-eight hours before the time.

(4) If a member wants to discuss any other topic in addition to the topic mentioned in the list of topics to be discussed in the meeting according to sub-section (3), the topic he wants to discuss and The notice with the reason must be given to the secretary of the judicial council at least twenty-four hours before the meeting. As soon as such information is received, the Secretary of the Council of Justice shall include such matter in the list of topics to be discussed and inform the members thereof. Matters not included in the list of topics can be discussed and decided with the consent of the members.

(6) If the chairman and two other members are present, the quorum for the meeting of the Council of Justice will be deemed to have been reached.

(7) Justice The decision of the council will be based on the majority and if the votes are equal, the chairman will give the deciding vote.

(8) The record of the decision of the council of justice will be prepared by the secretary of the council of justice and kept by the chairman and members.

(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Council of Justice will be as determined by the Council of Justice itself.
